Getting Started

Conquest of Fates is a fast-paced, strategy-driven trading card game where players build powerful decks and compete for dominance across the cosmos. With no resource or turn restrictions, every move is a calculated play to outmaneuver your opponent. Deploy units, trigger devastating abilities, and harness unique faction mechanics to score Conquest Points and claim victory in just three rounds of intense, tactical gameplay.

To get started simply do the following:

Choose your Faction

Select your Deck

Once you’ve selected your faction, you’ll need to pick an pre-constructed deck or design a deck of your own.

Each deck can contain between 40 and 80 cards. It can contain units from 1 faction, and any number of mercenary units. You are also allowed to include any 1 Star in your deck.

Faction Units

Your deck is primarily going to be designed from units from your chosen faction. These units help to shape your strategy and are normally your main path victory.

Mercenary Units

Mercenary Units do not belong to any faction, and you can think of them as general options for any player and any deck.  They help to sure-up defenses, or enhance you offenses. Your deck may contain any number of mercenaries.

Stars

Stars are the raw, harnessed, power of the galaxy in the palm of your hand!
Your deck may contain only a single star of any kind, but it can contain any Star.

Stars all have different, unique effects that can fundamentally alter the course of a game.

Pick a Game Mode

There are a ton of fun ways to play Conquest of Fates. In every game mode, you take the same turns, same game actions and use the same deck. So no matter how many players, or how the game changes, the deck or decks you’ve picked out are still standing with you on your path for destiny.

Standard games are games where you are playing with or without allies against other players.

The Simplest version of this is you and one other player.

But Conquest of Fates is designed from the ground up to be completely modular with it’s number of players.

So you can have a 3 Player standoff, a 10 person chaos game, a 2-v-2 teams battle, or any other combination you can imagine.

Campaigns and Scenarios are games where you are playing with or without allies in a special encounter.

This mode does require at least one dedicated “Scenario Deck” which can be played on “Auto Pilot” versus you any other players.

You can play out these encounters by yourself,  or like a standard game, you can add any number of additional players. But every time you add an ally or adversary the encounter gets progressively more difficult.

Drafting is the only way to play Conquest of Fates where you don’t need to have a deck or faction established before you play.

Instead of selecting your faction and deck, you get 4 booster packs per player.

Each player will take 1 card from a booster pack and then pass the other 7 cards to the next player. This process repeats until all cards have been taken from all booster packs.

Now each player reviews their pool of 32 cards and removes the two weakest cards. The other cards get shuffle up and are your deck!

While you play, there are special objectives you and your opponents will fight over that give you additional bonuses.
