How to Play

Scenarios are pre-made decks of super-sized cards that you shuffle and play against.

You and your allies or enemies play your deck in the same way. 3 Battles, 2 skirmishes each, deploying units and stars to gain Conquest.

The key difference is the pre-made scenario deck. At each location, before you can make a move, the top card of the scenario deck is revealed and “deployed” to the location. The Scenario deck always plays a card in each location – as long as the location exists.

You’ll still be aiming to score as many points as possible.

Play Solo to experience the story and for a simple challenge.

You can add players to form an alliance, or – if they are adversaries – to form a rivalry. You can even play 2v2 or 3v3 teams against the scenario  if you’re lookin

String Together Multiple Campaigns to make a Scenario!

If you want to up the ante on playing through a story arc – or if you just want to add a brand new challenge to a game night, you can play multiple campaigns in succession to form a complete scenario.

In addition to the challenge provided by having to successive games, you can include Gambits.

At the end of each successful campaign game, each player is randomly assigned a gambit which provides a unique boon and a unique debuff.
